Grate all the vegetables and squeeze all the water out of it .
Mix cornflour and form medium sized balls .
Deep fry the dumplings in hot oil and drain on paper to absorb the oil .
Heat oil in a pan add chop garlic,green chili and saute for 30 seconds
Then add the stock , soya sauce and sugar.
Then in an even flow add corn flour mixture to the sauce when boling and stir continuosly to avoid lumps .Check seasoning and finish .
Mix together the dumplings with the sauce just before serving . Grnish with corriander leaves .
