Tomato pasta Ingredients
- 1 cup boiled macaroni (boil in a salted water)
- 1/2 cup fresh tomato puree or puree made of three tomatoes.
- 1 tbsp kasuri methi
- 1 tbsp green chilli (chopped)
- 1 small onion(chopped)
- 1 tsp butter
- heat butter in a heavy bottom pan.
- add chopped onion and saute for 5 minutes.
- add tomato puree and cook for another 5 min.
- add macaroni , green chilli, kasuri methi.
- cook till gravy thicken.
- salt is not required as pasta is boiled in a salty water. if u want u can add more salt.
- serve hot.
