Tomato pasta


Ingredients

  • 1 cup boiled macaroni (boil in a salted water)
  • 1/2 cup fresh tomato puree or puree made of three tomatoes.
  • 1 tbsp kasuri methi
  • 1 tbsp green chilli (chopped)
  • 1 small onion(chopped)
  • 1 tsp butter
Directions

  1. heat butter in a heavy bottom pan.
  2. add chopped onion and saute for 5 minutes.
  3. add tomato puree and cook for another 5 min.
  4. add macaroni , green chilli, kasuri methi.
  5. cook till gravy thicken.
  6. salt is not required as pasta is boiled in a salty water. if u want u can add more salt.
  7. serve hot.
