THREE CHEESE SAMOSA

INGREDIENTS

Samosa patti

Stuffing

Mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup
Processed cheese, grated
1/2 cup
Cottage cheese (paneer), grated
1/2 cup
Salt
to taste
Crushed red chillies
1 teaspoon
Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
3 tablespoons

METHOD
Grate mozzarella cheese into a bowl. Add grated processed cheese and grated paneer and mix lightly. Add salt, crushed red chillies and coriander leaves and mix. Take a samosa patti. Apply water on all sides lightly. Take a portion of the stuffing and press lightly. Place it on one side of the patti and roll into the shape of a samosa. Similarly make other samosas.Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep fry the samosas till lightly golden brown. Drain and place on an absorbent paper. Serve hot.​
