[FONT="]1 cup [/FONT]long grained rice[FONT="] – cooked. [/FONT]
[FONT="]2 [/FONT]onions[FONT="] – sliced into long strips[/FONT]
[FONT="]3/4 cup – [/FONT]American sweet corn[FONT="] – fresh/frozen[/FONT]
[FONT="]1 tsp [/FONT]ginger chilli paste
[FONT="]1 tsp [/FONT]vinegar
[FONT="]1 tbsp [/FONT]soy sauce
Salt [FONT="]as per taste[/FONT]
[FONT="]2 tbsp[/FONT] oil
[FONT="]1 tsp[/FONT] red chilli powder
[FONT="]Method:[/FONT]
[FONT="]Soak the long grained rice in water for 15 minutes. Pressure cook the rice with 1 ¼ cup of water. [/FONT]
[FONT="]Once done, cool the rice on the plate with 1/4 tsp of oil on it… ( in order to avoid stickiness)[/FONT]
[FONT="]Meanwhile, heat the oil in a wok, add ginger chilly paste and fry for a minute or so.[/FONT]
[FONT="]Add sliced onions and fry till translucent.[/FONT]
[FONT="]Thaw the sweet corn and then sauté for a couple of minutes.[/FONT]
[FONT="]Now, add soy sauce, salt, red chilli powder and vinegar and fry for a minute.[/FONT]
