Recipe Sweet Corn Fried Rice

[FONT=&quot]1 cup [/FONT]long grained rice[FONT=&quot] – cooked. [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]2 [/FONT]onions[FONT=&quot] – sliced into long strips[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]3/4 cup – [/FONT]American sweet corn[FONT=&quot] – fresh/frozen[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]1 tsp [/FONT]ginger chilli paste
[FONT=&quot]1 tsp [/FONT]vinegar
[FONT=&quot]1 tbsp [/FONT]soy sauce
Salt [FONT=&quot]as per taste[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]2 tbsp[/FONT] oil
[FONT=&quot]1 tsp[/FONT] red chilli powder




[FONT=&quot]Method:[/FONT]


[FONT=&quot]Soak the long grained rice in water for 15 minutes. Pressure cook the rice with 1 ¼ cup of water. [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Once done, cool the rice on the plate with 1/4 tsp of oil on it… ( in order to avoid stickiness)[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Meanwhile, heat the oil in a wok, add ginger chilly paste and fry for a minute or so.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Add sliced onions and fry till translucent.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Thaw the sweet corn and then sauté for a couple of minutes.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Now, add soy sauce, salt, red chilli powder and vinegar and fry for a minute.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Add the rice and mix well.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Serve [/FONT][FONT=&quot] with tomato sauce or any other sauce of your choice.[/FONT]
