Refined flour : 250 gms/ 8.81 ounce
Fresh yeast : 20 gms/ 0.71 ounce
Sugar : 40 gms/ 1.41 ounce
Salt : 1/2 tsp
Margarine : 30 gms / 1.06 ounce
Milk Powder : 2 tsps
Egg : 1
Water : 70ml/ 1/4th cup
Colour : a few drops
Beaten egg : a little
Vanilla : 1/4th tsp
Lemon Essence : 1/4th tsp
1. Sieve the flour with milk powder. Add a few drops of colour in the flour. Prepare a dough using all the above ingredients.
2. Ferment it for 30 minutes. Then punch the dough divide it into 7 to 8 portions. Make round balls and shape them. Keep it on a greased tray and apply beaten eggs on them. Let it stand for 10-15 minutes.
3. Bake at 220oC / 425 o F for 15-20 minutes.
