# Take 1/2 kg maida , suji , curd , baking powder , salt . Make dough with the help of liquid soda.
# Dough should not be so hard or soft. Keep it aside for about 3 to 4hrs.
# Put 1 tsp of refined oil on the prepared dough and spread it all over. This is to help dough to keep soft.
# Boil potatoes in water. Peel them.
# Chop onion finely, coriander leaves and green chilies. Crush cottage cheese.
# Mash boiled potatoes. Mix chopped onions, green chilies, coriander leaves and crushed cottage cheese in mashed potatoes. Add salt to taste and mix well.
# Take small amount of dough and roll it properly, make small chapati/Naan of it. Fill the prepared potato mixture in chapati/Naan and wrap it properly.
# Again make a chapati/Naan of it with the help of a dry maida.
# Heat griddle and put chapati/Naan on it. Cook it from both the sides with oil till it become golden brown in color on medium flame. Repeat the same with all the naans.
# Enjoy your naan with dal makhani , shahi paneer or any dish of your choice.
