[FONT=&quot]Haldi / Turmeric – 1 tsp[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Salt – As per Taste[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Groundnut – 2 tbsp[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Cashewnut – 1 tbsp[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Curry leaves – 15 leaves[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Garlic – 5-6 cloves[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Dry Red Chilly – 3[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Sugar – 1tsp[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Red Chilli Powder – 1 ½ tsp[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Dalia Split (Hurigadale/Kadlepappu/chutney dal) – 2 tbsp[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Mustard Seeds – ¼ tsp[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Hing / Asafoetida – A pinch[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Oil – 1 tbsp[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Method[FONT=&quot]:[/FONT][/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Heat Oil in a deep bottom pan, add mustard seeds. When they crackle, add peanuts, Hing / Asafoetida, Cashewnut, Garlic Cloves, Dalia Split and Curry Leaves and Fry for couple of minutes, till they turn golden brown.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Now, add dry red chilly, sugar, haldi, red chilli powder and salt. Fry for 2 minutes.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Add Puffed Rice and toss couple of times. Turn the gas off and then Mix well.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Once it cools down to the room temperature, store it in an airtight container.[/FONT]
