Spicy corn salad
Ingredients
1 Corn cob (medium, boiled) 1 Onion(small, chopped) 1 Tomato(chopped) 1 Cucumber(chopped) 1/4 bunch of Coriander Leaves (finely chopped) 1 tbsp. Mint leaves (finely chopped) for dressing Juice of one lemon salt to taste 1/4 tsp. Sugar 1/4 tsp. Chat masala

Directions
- Boil the corn cob and pluck the corns from it and let it cool.
- Put all the finely chopped vegetables in a mixing bowl.
- Mix all ingredients of the dressing.
- Pour the dressing on the vegetables and mix well.
- Cool it before serving.
- Your tangy corn salad is ready to eat.
