Ingrediants
Shimla mirch - 4
khoya - 1/2 cup
Paneer(mashed) - 1/2 cup
Potato(boiled & mashed) - 1/2 cup
chaat masala - 1-1/2 teaspoon
salt to taste
red chilli powder - 3/4 teaspoon
gingergarlic paste - 1/2 teaspoon
besan - 3/4 cup
oil for frying

Method
wash and cut Shimla mirch into 2 pieces. Add 1 spoon oil in pan and roast gingergarlic paste. Now add mashed khoya, paneer, potato, salt, red chilli, chaat masala and roasted paste in a bowl and mix it well. Add this mixture into empty Shimla mirch. Make thick besan mixture(ghol) in another bowl by adding salt and red chilli in besan. Put stuffed Shimla mirch in besan mixture and then deep fry them. Shimla mirch is ready.
