Sesame Rice

Ingredients:
1 bowl of rice
2 to 4 - red chillies
4 tsp - sesame seeds
2 tsp - chutney dal
a pinch - fenugreek
1/4 tsp - jeera
1/4 tsp - urad dal
curry leaves
2 tsp - oil
2 - green chillies
1/4 tsp - grated ginger
1 - grated carrot
Method
1 bowl of rice

2 tsp - oil
2 - green chillies
1/4 tsp - grated ginger
1 - grated carrot
Method
- First of all fry sesame seeds, red chillies and chutney dal.
- When it cools down grind it.
- Make the rice as usual, keep it aside.
- Heat the oil in a pan, add fenugreek, urad dal, jeera, red chillies, curry leaves, green chillies, grated ginger and carrot.
- Add the ground powder and mix in the rice.
