Recipe Sesame Rice

Sesame Rice













Time Taken : 15-30 mins

Ingredients:
1 bowl of rice
2 to 4 - red chillies
4 tsp - sesame seeds
2 tsp - chutney dal
a pinch - fenugreek
1/4 tsp - jeera
1/4 tsp - urad dal
curry leaves
2 tsp - oil
2 - green chillies
1/4 tsp - grated ginger
1 - grated carrot

Method

  1. First of all fry sesame seeds, red chillies and chutney dal.
  2. When it cools down grind it.
  3. Make the rice as usual, keep it aside.
  4. Heat the oil in a pan, add fenugreek, urad dal, jeera, red chillies, curry leaves, green chillies, grated ginger and carrot.
  5. Add the ground powder and mix in the rice.
