INGREDIENTS
For the sauce
- 15ml chicken stock
- 5ml oyster sauce
- 5g sugar
- 15ml light soya sauce
- 3ml dark soya sauce
- 5g cornflour
- 30ml corn oil
- 500g beef sirloin, cut into strips
- 5g black bean paste
- 5g garlic, minced
- 5g red chilli, chopped
- 10g onion, cut into small cubes
- 20g spring onion, cut into strips
- 15g each green, yellow and red peppers, cubed
- 10g carrots, julienned
1. In a small bowl mix all the ingredients for the sauce and
set aside.
2. Heat oil in a wok and pan-fry beef over high heat for
2 minutes. Remove and keep warm.
3. Stir-fry black bean paste, garlic, chilli, onion, spring onion, peppers and carrots until fragrant.
4. Add beef and the sauce and flash fry on high heat for
a minute. Serve hot.
