Potatoes peeled and cut into
thin strips (salli) and soaked
Green peas boiled
Ginger finely chopped
Green chillies finely chopped
Dried mango powder (amchur )
Garam masala powder
Fresh coriander leaves finely
1 1/2 cups
Juice of ˝ lemon
Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add ginger and green
chillies and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
Drain potatoes, add to the pan and mix. Add turmeric
powder, dried mango powder, cumin powder, garam
masala powder and salt and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
Add green peas and coriander leaves and mix well.
Cook for 3-4 minutes. Add lemon juice and mix well.
Cook further for 1-1˝ minutes.
Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
