Sago With Honeydew


Sago (sabudana):- 3/4 cup
Honeydew melon:- 1
Fresh coconut milk:- 1 cup
Powdered sugar:- 1 cup
Ice cubes as required
Rose syrup:- 4 tablespoons


Step 1
Soak sago in 2 cups water for 30 minutes. Drain. Heat 4 cups in a deep non stick pan, add sago and cook till translucent. Drain well and set aside to cool completely.

Step 2
Halve the melon and scoop out small balls and place them in a deep glass bowl. Add sago, fresh coconut milk and sugar and mix well. Add ice cubes and mix. Pour into individual stemmed glasses.

Step 3
Drizzle 1 tbsp rose syrup on each glass and serve chilled.
