1) Tofu bana lo - cut tofu and put it in anything u eat.. kisi bhi cheez mein daal lo .. iske liye soyabean ko poori raat bhigo lo fir pressure cook kar lo .. fir thanda karke mixie mein pees lo with water .. bilkul fine past jab ban jaye toh usko nichod lo .. jo doodh niklega usme taatri ya nimbu daal ke faad lo .. then hang it in a thin cloth till firm .. refrigerate & keep
2) Sprouts - overnight soak fir hang in muslin cloth jab tak ankurit na ho(mind u 2 din lagde) fer tamatar, pyaas ,zeera, namak daal ke tadka maar ke kha lo
3) Like a dal - poori raat bhigo lo , morning mein pressure cook kar lo till soft.. fir kadhai mein lassan, adrak le lo bhuno then add pyaaz jab woh golden ho jaaye toh tamatar daal do.. fer haldi , mirchi, namak, garam masaala daal lo .. cook till oil separates fir beans daal ke paani daal ke paka lo
4) cheela or dosa - soyabean ko dho ke overnight soak karke next morning cook it in pressure cooker .. fir mixie mein smooth paste bana lo .. is paste ko tawe pe like a chapati paka lo and stuff veggies in it
