Red chilli chammanthi














Time Taken : 15-30 mins

Ingredients:
12 - dried red chillies
8 - Small onions
2 - cloves garlic
Tamarind, a small piece
1 tbsp - coconut oil
Salt to taste

Method

  1. Burn the dried red chillies in a flame/fry pan till it is black.
  2. Grind peeled small onoins, garlic with the chilli, tamarind, salt
  3. Add coconut oil and mix well.
