INGREDIENTS
Puffed ramdana (rajgira)
1 cup
Milk
5 cups
Green cardamoms
2 - 3
Sugar
1/2 cup
Pure ghee
3 tablespoons
Almonds, blanched and slivered
10 - 12
Nutmeg powder
1/4 teaspoon

METHOD
Bring milk to a boil. Reduce heat and allow to simmer for half an hour stirring continuously. Grind green cardamoms in a mixer with sugar to a fine powder.Take a pan, heat ghee, add rajgira and fry on low heat till it is roasted slightly. Add reduced milk to it and bring it to boil. Reduce heat and continue cooking for five minutes. Add mixture of sugar and cardamom and simmer for another five minutes. Add almond slivers and nutmeg powder and stir. Remove from heat and serve hot.​
