Quick bread dhokla

Ingredients
  • Bread - A few slices
  • 2 tbsp Grated coconut
  • 1 tbsp Chopped green chilies
  • 1/4 tsp Chopped ginger
  • 1 cup Thick yoghurt
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 5-6 Curry leaves
  • Oil - For frying
  • Salt - According to taste
Directions
  1. Removing the edges of the bread slices. Cut each into 4 squares.
  2. Mix together yogurt, coconut, chillies, ginger and salt. Apply this mixture on each square.
  3. Join two squares in the form of tiny sandwich. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds.
  4. After mustard grains have popped, add curry leaves and place sandwiches.
  5. Fry both sides well, serve hot.
