Potatoes with fenugreek

Ingredients:
1/2 kg - potatoes, chop like for French fries
1/2-3/4 cup - fenugreek leaves (methi)
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp - fenugreek seeds
2-3 - green chillies, chopped
1/2 tsp - dry, crushed red chillies
A few curry leaves
Method
1/2 kg - potatoes, chop like for French fries

Method
- In 1/2 cup ghee or oil, fry curry leaves and fenugreek seeds.
- Fry dry crushed red chillies and green chillies.
- Now add washed fenugreek and fry well, add potato cubes fry.
- Cover and cook on slow flame after adding 1/4 cup of water.
- After 5 mins add salt mix, cover and let cook till done.
