Ingredients:
2 cup - fresh curds
1 cup - boiled, peeled and mashed potato
1/2 cup - roasted peanuts
1/2 cup - grated coconut
1 tsp - chaat masala
2 - green chilies, small
2 cm piece - ginger
1 tsp - sugar
salt to taste
few raisins

Method
- Roasted cumin powder to sprinkle on top
- Mix potato with salt and chaat masala.
- Shape into 1.5 cm balls, with a raisin in the center.
- Grind peanuts with coconut, green chili and ginger, coarsely.
- Beat the curds till smooth and mix with the peanut mixture. Add sugar and salt to taste.
- Add the potato balls to the curd mixture.
- Sprinkle roated cumin powder on top.
- Serve with chapathi and curry.
