Ingredients: 4 boiled potatoes (mashed)
1/2 kg chicken boiled and shredded
1/2 cup of tamarind water
1 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Bread crumbs for coating
Oil for frying
- Add 1/2 tsp salt and pepper, 1/2 cup tamarind water and chicken to the mashed potatoes.
- Mix well and make small balls of this mixture.
- Coat it in bread crumbs.
- Heat the oil and fry them until golden brown.
- Potato chicken balls are ready.
- Serve hot with ketchup.
