PomeGrape Soy Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 big pomegranate (seeds juiced and strained to 500ml with 550ml water )
  • 400 gm seedless grapes(juiced and strained to 500ml with 550ml water)
  • 1/2 tsp ginger juice(optional)
  • 1 1/2 tsp cranberry syrup
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 500ml soymilk
  • 2 scoops vanilla icecream(optional)
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder(optional)
  • 2 tbsp low-fat fresh cream(optional)
Directions

  1. Strain the juices and add all the ingredients as per taste and blend them using a blender for a min.
  2. Serve them in tall glasses immediately (for breakfast) or chilled(keep in freezer not more than 15 mins) otherwise. Enjoy the drink.
