2 YELLOW EGG
A FEW DROPS OF VANILLA
1 EGG WHITE

Method :
Mix butter with sugar until you get a sort of cream
add egg yolks, vanilla and flour
put on the table and knead quickly
Spread this into a large rectangle 1 inch thick (no less)
refrigerate for 1 hour
Meanwhile, whisk the egg whites with sugar until you get a thick frosting
after one hour, get it out from the fridge
spread the frosting all over the mixture and put in the fridge for 1 / 2 hours
preheat oven to 180 T
Using a knife, pizza, cut dough into rectangles of 2 x 4 cm (approx)
Bake 10-15 minutes no more
