Recipe Petit Pois Salad

Ingredients
3 small cans petit pois or 2 large cans (drain)
1 small onions chopped fine
1 rib celery chopped fine
1 small bell pepper chopped fine
1/2 cup onion tops (scallions)
3 boiled eggs chopped
6 slices American Cheese diced
4 small sweet pickles
4 small dill pickles 1 tsp sugar
celery salt and garlic salt to taste
Season All to taste (black pepper, red pepper, salt)
Ranch Dressing or Mayonnaise (your choice)
Salad Supreme ( Romano Cheese (Part-Skim Cow's Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes)

Directions
Mix all ingredients with your choice of Ranch Dressing or Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing. Refrigerate and chill thoroughly before serving.
