Ingredients
•Penne ,boiled 1 cup
•Thousand island dressing 1/2 cup
•Green capsicum,cut into small pieces 1/2 medium
•French beans,large diagonal pieces, blanched 3-4
•Broccoli,separated into small florets, blanched 1/4 small
•Carrots,large pieces, blanched 1 medium
•Black olives 4-5
•Lettuce leaves,torn 5-6
•Basil leaves 3-4
•Cherry tomatoes,halved 10-12
Method
Place the penne in a large bowl. Add green capsicum, French beans, broccoli, carrot, black olives, lettuce and sweet basil and toss. Add cherry tomatoes and Thousand Island dressing and mix well. Serve chilled

Method
