Ingredients patatoes 2
salt to taste
turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon,
Red Chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon,
rawa 2 tablespoons,
wheat flour 3 tablespoons,
Method peel the patotoes and cut them into small about 1/2 cm slices.add some salt to some water and soak the patatoes for 10 mins. drain the patatoes till dry and add salt, turmeric and chilli powder as per your taste preference and keep for 5 mins. take the wheat flour and add the rawa to it. now take the patatoes one after the other and dab it in the flour mix and then dip fry or also shallow fry as per your preference. close the vessel with a lid.open and see if cooked by putting a fork thru the slices. your crispy patatoes are ready to eat. serve hot with sause or chatni.
