Recipe Pasta with olives, tomatoes and chilli

INGREDIENTS
500g penne or pasta of your choice
oil, for frying
1 punnet baby tomatoes
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 chilli, chopped
salt and pepper, to taste
1 packet black olives, halved and stones removed
2 tbsp parsley, chopped, to garnish
PREPARATION
1. Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water until al dente.
2. In the meantime, heat oil in a frying pan and cook tomatoes, garlic and chilli until tomatoes begin to burst.Season with salt and pepper.
3. Drain pasta and add to tomato mixture and toss. Add olives and toss again. Garnish with parsley.
