Ingredients

Paneer (cottage cheese):- 1 inch cubes 250 grams
Saffron (kesar) a large pi
Pure ghee:- 2 tablespoons
Tomato puree:- 1/2 cup
Red chilli powder:- 1 teaspoon
Sugar:- 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Yogurt:- 1 cup
Green cardamom powder:- 1/4 teaspoon
Almonds toasted and flaked:-5-6

Method

Step 1
Soak saffron in one tablespoon of water.

Step 2
Heat one tablespoon of ghee in pan, add tomato puree, red chilli powder, sugar and salt. Sauté for a minute. Add yogurt.

Step 3
Cook and stir continuously for one minute. Add paneer and cook for two minutes. Sprinkle green cardamom powder and kesar soaked in water and stir.

Step 4
Serve hot garnished with almond flakes.
