Recipe Paneer Bruschetta With Tamarind Chuttney

Ingredients

Cottage cheese (paneer)
crumbled
1 cup
Baguette cut into 1 inch thick
slices
1
Tamarind chutney for topping
Cherry tomatoes halved
1 cup
Onions chopped
2 medium
Olive oil
1 teaspoon
Fresh coriander leaves chopped
1 tablespoon
Salt
to taste

Method

Step 1
Heat a non-stick pan and toast the baguette slices.
Remove from heat and set aside.
Step 2
Combine cherry tomatoes, onions, cottage cheese,
olive oil, coriander leaves and salt in a bowl and
refrigerate for twenty minutes.
Step 3
Top each toasted slice with generous amount of the
tomato mixture. Top with tamarind chutney and serve
immediately.
