Ingredients:
100 g - spinach leaves
1/4 tsp - mustard seeds
1/4 tsp - cumin
a pinch - fenugreek powder
250 g - curd
2 to 3 - red chillies broken
1 tsp - oil
grated ginger
salt to taste
Method
100 g - spinach leaves

Method
- Wash spinach and cut it in small pieces.
- Heat oil, add fenugreek, cumin, mustard.
- When it splutters, add red chillies and grated ginger.
- Now add spinach and fry for 1-2 minutes.
- Switch off the stove.
- When it cools down, mix with curd and salt.
- Garnish with chopped tomato or carrot and coriander leaves.
