Ingredients

Refined flour (maida):- 2 cups
Saffola Veggie Twist Oats:- 1 packet (40 grams)
Salt to taste
black pepper powder:- 1 teaspoon
dill leaves finely chopped:-1 tablespoon
spinach leaves chopped:-1 cup
green peas:- 1/2 cup
green zucchini, grated:- 1 medium
grated ricotta cheese:- 1/2 cup
eggs:- 2
baking powder:- 1 teaspoon
milk:- 1/4 cup


Method

Step 1
Preheat oven at 180°C. Combine Saffola Veggie Twist Oats, salt, pepper powder, dill leaves, spinach, green peas, zucchini and ricotta cheese in a bowl. Mix well.

Step 2
Break eggs in another bowl. Add baking powder and milk and beat well with an electric beater. Add refined flour and mix well.

Step 3
Add egg-flour mixture to oats mixture and lightly fold till well mixed.

Step 4
Fill 8 individual silicon muffin moulds with the prepared mixture and place them on a baking tray. Put the tray in preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Step 5
Remove from oven, demould and serve.
