Mushrooms and Spinach appetizer
This is a very simple recipe which should take you 20 mins or so in total
Ingredients
olive oil
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
10-15 mushrooms
1 cup spinach
balsamic vinegar
4 tablespoon white wine
salt and black pepper
chopped parsley for garnish
Take oil in a pan & saute onion & garlic till they are tender, onion is pink. add mushrooms and saute for 3-4 mins (till they start to shrink a bit) add chopped spinach and saute for another 3-4 mins (it will turn darker) now add the balsmic vinegar 2 spoons and the white wine , keep stirring till the liquid is all absorbed/evaporated .. add salt & pepper to taste & sprinkle parsley for garnish
