Mixed vegetable sambar

Ingredients:
2 - drumsticks
3 - brinjals
3 - potatoes
1 - raw banana
Masala to fry and powder:
8 - red chillies
2 tsp - coriander seeds
1/2 tsp - methi seeds
1 tsp - channa dal
6 tsp - tamarind pulp
1/2 cup - tur dal cooked
1 cup - coconut paste fresh
Turmeric powder
Salt to taste
2 tsp - coconut oil
10 - curry leaves
Method

Method
- Add turmeric powder cook the toor dal in a pressure cooker.
- Wash and cut all the vegetables . Boil it for 10 mins.
- Add 2 cups water with tamarind pulp, add salt and
- boil it in a medium flame for 10 mins.
- Add boiled vegetables , masala powder,
- Add mashed toor dal,boil it for 10 mins add coconut paste 2 mins boil it.
- Switch off the gas.
- Fry curry leaves in coconut oil pour on top.
