Ingredients

Flour
• 1 pinch of salt
• 1 tablespoon milk powder
• Water of orange blossom water
For the stuffing:
• 200g pistachio
• 200 g hazelnuts
• 200 g walnuts
• 200 g granulated sugar
• Rose water
• Margarine melted

For decoration:
• Honey
• Pistachios

Preparation:

• Prepare the stuffing in a bowl, combine the pistachios, walnuts, hazelnuts and sugar with 2 tablespoons of rose water and pick up everything with margarine melted and cooled
• Prepare the dough, mix flour, milk and salt with a little water, add a tablespoon of orange flower water and knead it all to make a stiff dough, cover it with paper film and let stand for 10 minutes
• Cut the dough into three parts, sprinkling each layer of cornstarch and spread it to the end and roll-to 2 millimeters thick
• Place the stuffing in the middle of the dough and wrap in the form of a rectangle of 20 cm, coat the edges with a little orange flower water to prevent it from opening during cooking
• put it in a pan and add 2 tablespoons melted margarine before bake in an oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes until it reaches a golden color , made out of the oven, drain the margarine, dip in honey and garnish with ground pistachios
