Mathura Pera



Ingredients:



  • 1 kg Khoya
  • 100 gms Ghee
  • 50 gms Almaonds
  • 1 kg Castor Sugar
  • 100 gms Pistachios
  • 20 gms Cardamom
  • 1 tsp Choco Colour

Method:


  • Mix the ingredients together and kneed it into dough.
  • Add a pinch of Choco colour in it.
  • Make into peras.


Tip: Always chill glasses before preparing the icecream in it. This way it will stay stiff longer.
