MASALA CHILLI CHEESE TOAST

INGREDIENTS
Brown bread
8 slices
Cheese, grated
1 cup
Cottage cheese (paneer)
1/2 cup
Onion , chopped
1 medium
Green capsicum, seeded and chopped
1 medium
Green chillies, chopped
4-6
Fresh coriander leaves
2 tablespoons
Red capsicum, cut into thin strips
1 medium

METHOD
Preheat oven to 180 C. Take cheese and cottage cheese in a bowl. Add onion, green capsicum, green chillies and coriander leaves and mix.Spread this mixture over the brown bread slices. Place red capsicum strips over the filling. Place the bread in the preheated oven and cook till the cheese begins to melt. Cut into triangles and serve hot.​
