- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp mint and coriander leaves (finely chopped)
- 2 cup mango juice with sugar
- 1 cup venilla icecream
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp ginger juice
- 4 ice cubes
- ½ tsp blackpeper corn powder
- First heat oil in a pan add mint and coriander leaves heat these mixer for 10 minutes.
- Then sieve these mixer, cool at room tempuratures
- Take mixer jaar add mango juice(with sugar), ice ceram, blend this mixer.
- Then add salt, black pepper corn powder, ginger juice, add oil (above make with mint and corianders leaves)
- Again blend these mixer,take a serving glaas with 2 ice cubes, add oil(make with mint and coriander leaves)
- Then pour the mixer in a glass,at last add 2 ice cubes and oil.
