Recipe Mango Burfi

Milk - 1 ltr
Sugar - 150gm
Citric Acid - 1/4 tsp
Corn Flour - 2 tsp mixed in cold water
Mango Pulp - 1/4 cup
Cardamom Powder - 1/4 tsp
Grated Pista

Method

Boil milk in kadai till it remains half the quantity.Add sugar and boil for 10 minutes keep mixing it with spatula.Now add citric acid mixed in water into the boiling milk. When milk gets curdled full add mango pulp, cornflour mixture and cardamom powder. Cook this mixture till it starts leaving the bottom and become soft. Remove it from gas and cool it. Cut into square pieces and decorate with pistas.
