Recipe Leftover Dal Pancakes

Ingredients

LeftOver Dal
1/2 cup each of Wheat flour, Rice flour, Gram flour
A clove of garlic ( grated or finely cut)
2 green chillies ( finely cut)
Asaefotida,
Turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Oil
Method
Add all the igredients including 1/2 tsp. oil together.
For deep frying, roll into small puris and deep fry in kadai.
For shallow frying, add water if necessary so as to make the mixture like pancakes.
Put a little oil on a griddle and spread 2 tblspns ( or as appropriate) of the mixture.
Turn and add 2-3 drops of oil at the sides.
Serve with Ketchup or cocnut chutney or pickle.
