KACHCHE KELE KI PAV BHAJI

INGREDIENTS
Raw bananas
4 medium
Green peas, shelled
1/4 cup
Butter
6 tablespoons
Cauliflower, grated
1/4 small
Ginger paste
1 tablespoon
Green chillies, finely chopped
3-4
Tomatoes, finely chopped

Pav bhaji masala
6 tablespoons
Green capsicum, finely chopped
1 medium
Salt
to taste

Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
1/4 cup

METHOD
Boil, cool, peel and mash raw bananas. Boil green peas in salted water till soft, drain, mash lightly. Heat three tablespoons of butter in a pan, add grated cauliflower and stir-fry for a minute. Add mashed bananas and stir. Add ginger paste, green chillies and tomatoes and mix. Add half a cup of water and cook on low heat for eight to ten minutes.Add five tablespoons of pav bhaji masala and mix. Cook for another ten to fifteen minutes. Add chopped capsicum and mix. Add salt and mix well. Add half of the chopped coriander leaves. Add one tablespoon of butter. Slit pavs. Heat the remaining butter on a tawa and spread the slit pavs upside down. Sprinkle some pav bhaji masala on the pavs and cook on both sides. Transfer the pavs onto a plate, place some bhaji. Sprinkle the remaining chopped coriander leaves on the bhaji and serve immediately.​
