250 gm Boneless Lamb
1/4 tsp Garam masala powder
2 Red chillies
1 tsp Garlic paste
1 tsp White cumin
1 tbsp Olive oil
Salt to taste
1.Grind the onion into fine paste.
2.In a vessel, boil the lamb with red chillies, salt and 3 cups of water over low flame.
3.Cook until all the water is evaporated and mince the lambs, keep aside.
4.Separate the egg white with yolk and whisk the egg white until fluffy.
5.In the mince lamb, add the garam masala, garlic paste, cumin , onion paste and egg yolk, mix well.
6.Add the egg white and mix well and make spade-shaped cutlets.
7.Heat oil in pan and shallow fry the kebabs until turns to light brown color.
8.Serve hot with mint chutney or green salad.
