INGREDIENTS
Oranges 8 medium
Sweet limes 8 medium
Pineapple juice 180 millilitre
Crushed ice as required
Grenadine syrup 100 millilitre
Ginger ale as required
Fresh mint sprigs 4
METHOD
Remove the juice from the oranges and sweet limes and pour into a bowl. Add pineapple juice and ice and mix. Add grenadine syrup and mix. Pour into stemmed glasses. Top it up with ginger ale. Decorate with fresh mint sprigs and serve immediately.
