Recipe Indo-Chinese Veg Fried Rice

[FONT=&quot]Boiled / Cooked Rice – 2 cups[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Spring Onion – Finely Chopped – 1 cup[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Carrots – Finely Diced – ½ cup[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Cabbage – Grated – ¼ cup[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Beans – Finely Chopped – ½ cup[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Frozen peas – ¼ cup[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Dry Red Chillies – 5-6 (soaked in warm water for 1 hour)[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Garlic – 5 cloves[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Soy Sauce – 1 tbsp[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Salt – As per Taste[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Vinegar – 1 tsp[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Sesame Oil – 3 tbsp[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Method[FONT=&quot]:[/FONT][/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Grind the red chillies soaked in warm water and the garlic cloves, keep it aside.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Heat oil in a skillet; add all the chopped/grated vegetables (carrots, beans, cabbage, frozen peas) and fry for 5-6 minutes, till they are crispy cooked.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Add the red chillies-garlic paste and fry for a minute.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Now, add the spring onion, fry for 2 minutes, and add salt, soy sauce and vinegar. [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Fry for 2-3 minutes.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Add the cooked rice and mix well.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Serve HOT with your favourite sauce.[/FONT]
