Ingredients:
250 gms imli (tamarind)
2 cups gurr
Namak sawaad anusaar
1/2 tsp mirch wala powder

1.Sab to pehla imli nu changi tarha wash karlo te kose paani ch dabodo taki eh thori soft ho jae.
2.Hun ehnu changi tarha doh lavo te gitak(seed)kad devo.Te ju gudda means pulp ya gitaka kadan to baad jo v bachda hai ohnu ik container ch pa devo.
3.Ehnu hun gas te low heat te rakho te boil hon do.
4.Fr ehde ch gurr pavo,te thora jeha khaan wala laal rang,thora jeha namak,fr thori jahi mirch powder.Changi tarha hilao te low heat te garm karo.
5.Eh de ch ik adrak da chotta jeha piece pa devo just flavour lai....baad ch kad dena.
6.Oni der tak boil karo jini der tak mixture sangna nai ho jaanda.
7.Fr jado sangna ho jae thanda karke jar ch pa lavo te khaoo......:)
