Dessert Grilled Pear with Rose Rabdi

Ingredients

Pears:- 3-4
Rose syrup:- 3 tablespoons
Candied rose petals (gulkand):- 2 tablespoons
Rabdi:- 2 cups
Balsamic vinegar:_ 1/4 cup
Brown sugar:- 1/4 cup

Method

Step 1
Heat a non-stick grill pan. Peel and halve pears, remove seeds and place the pears in the grill pan, flat side facing down and grill till golden.

Step 2
Mix together rose syrup, candied rose petals and rabdi in a bowl and set aside.

Step 3
Heat balsamic vinegar in a non-stick pan, add brown sugar and cook till the mixture reduces to half of its original quantity. Add pears and coat them well with the mixture.

Step 4
Transfer the pears on a serving plate. Top it with the rose rabdi and serve.
