Grilled Bananas



Ingredients:



  • 2 tbsps Lemon juice
  • � tsp ground Ginger
  • � tsp ground Cloves
  • 75 gms melted Butter
  • 6 medium ripe Bananas
  • � tsp ground Cinnamon

Method:


  • Place the whole unpeeled bananas on grill and cook.
  • Cook for four to five minutes or until the skins turn black. Turn the bananas over and cook for a further four to five minutes.
  • Combine the butter, lemon juice, ginger and cloves.
  • When the bananas are ready carefully peel off the skin.
  • Spoon the spiced butter over each banana and sprinkle with cinnamon.


Tip: Chocolate burns very easily and must be watched carefully when melting.
