200g of spinach, organic frozen (if you donít want to overheat your blender, I suggest you soften it up in some water first or let it defrost a little bit before blending)
1 big or 2 small ripe bananas (can also be frozen and then used whenever you need them I use ripe bananas since thatís all the sweetener youíll have)
1 medium green apple (I prefer the Granny Smith variety)
1tbs of maca powder (optional)
1tbs of chia seeds (optional, but recommended if you want the smoothie to last, you get pretty hungry an hour later)
A handful of dried goji berries
3 cups of water
This makes two tall glasses.
