Garlic-Coriander Fried Rice

Long Grained Rice 1 cup (Basmati Rice)
Garlic 8-9 cloves
Coriander Handful
Green Chilly 4
Red Chilli Powder tsp
Vinegar tsp
Frozen Green Peas cup
Thyme powder tsp (optional I added this to enhance the taste)
Soy Sauce tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Salt as per taste

Soak the rice for 15 min and cook well and cool on a plate, in order to separate each grain.
Grind the chilly and garlic coarsely to make a paste.
Now heat the oil in a wok and add the chilly-garlic paste and fry for a minute.
Add the green peas and fry for sometime. Once cooked, add the chopped coriander leaves and thyme powder.
Add soy sauce, salt and red chilli powder and fry for 3-4 minutes.
Last but not the least, now add the vinegar and the cooked rice and mix well.
Serve with tomato/chilli sauce.
