Recipe Fruit Muffins

Ingredients

2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
6 tablespoons butter
11/2 cups milk
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup frozen blueberries or blackcurrants
Method
Beat eggs, butter, sugar and milk in a bowl.
Sift flour, baking powder together in the egg mixture.
Add fruit and mix lightly to just combine.
Spoon mixture into greased muffin tins.
Bake at 350F for 15 - 20 min. or until golden.
