Fried Mushroom Recipe
1/2 kg Fresh Mushrooms (assorted).
1 packet of All-Seasoning Flour.
1/2 to 1 tbsp of Chicken Curry Powder.
Salt to taste.
Cooking oil for frying.
Cut mushroom into bite size pieces.
Rinse & dry mushrooms carefully on a piece of clean kitchen cloth.
Put flour in a bowl. Add in chicken curry powder & salt. Mix thoroughly.
Heat Cooking Oil & let it heat up before proceed with frying.
Coat mushrooms piece-by-piece with the flour & deep fry.
Serve with immediately with rice.
