Recipe Fried Arbi

Ingredients:

1. Colocasia (Arbi) - 1/2 kg
2. Oil - To taste
3. Salt - To taste
4. Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
5. Red Chili Powder - ½ Tsp
6. Onion Chopped - 2 small
7. Tomatoes Chopped - 3 or 4
8. Carom Seeds (Ajwain seeds) - ½ tsp
9. Green chilies - 2 or 3
10. Garam masala - ¼ tsp
11. Mango Powder (Amchoor) - ¼ tsp
12. Coriander powder - 1 tsp
13. Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp

Directions...

1. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry chopped arbi (long strips).
2. Now take another pan, add ½ tbsp oil.
3. Add carom seeds (ajwain seeds), chopped onion and let onion become pink in color.
4. After that add tomatoes and green chilies chopped, mix well.
5. Cook for 2 mins.
6. Then add salt, red chilies, garam masala, turmeric powder, coriander powder and mix well.
7. Let the mixture separates from the oil.
8. Now add fried arbi to onion tomato mixture and mix it really well.
9. Cover the pan for about 5min on low flame. So that everything mix well with each other.
10. Garnish the Fried Arbi with chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot.
